Brand Video

The video idea was to create a high energy and fast paced 20 sec brand video for Harvest Gourmet’s Frozen nuggets, to be used on website and social media. We wanted to showcase the 3 different ways on how to cook the nuggets. Firstly, by deep frying it in a deep fryer. Secondly, baking it in an oven. Lastly, pan frying it in a pan. Next, we also wanted to show a variety of nugget meals - Nuggets & Fries meal, Nugget Tacos and Nuggets on waffles with maple syrup.

Pre Production - We came up with the storyboarding and ideation according to their brand guidelines. We also proposed the art direction on how the video will be, the colors that will be used as well as a moodboard for the final 3 styled dishes. After that was approved, we sourced for the kitchen studio and went for a site recce that will be used to film this project. We also sourced for the additional kitchen equipment and different food styling props that will be used for the 3 styled dishes. (Total timeline was 2 weeks)

Production - Studio lighting, hand model, food styling, video production crew of 3 pax was handling the kitchen studio video shoot. (10hr shoot)

Post Production - Video editing, color grading according to storyboard (2-3 weeks to completion)

Total project timeline was 5-6 weeks.
